Brakes. Tires. Straight talk.
Honest diagnostics and same-day quotes on most repairs. We call you before we touch anything. The panel is the shop: it runs its checks on its own, then the switches are yours.

Before any work
Nothing starts without your yes.
Follow one repair through the shop. Your call goes to the front desk and the bay, the quote comes back to you, and the work order stops at the wall until you say go. Saying no costs nothing but the diagnostic.
- 01
We call first
What is wrong, what it costs and what can wait, before anyone picks up a wrench. Photos of the worn part if you want them.
- 02
The invoice matches the quote
If we find something else on the lift, that is another call and another yes. The number you agreed to is the number you pay.
- 03
No means no
Say no and you owe the diagnostic, nothing else. Old parts go in the trunk if you ask, so you can see what came off.
What we fix
Four things, no mystery.
Point at a part to find it on the car. Brakes and tires are most of what rolls through the bay doors; the rest we are honest about.
1Brakes
Pads, rotors, calipers and fluid. Grinding, pulling, a soft pedal: we show you the worn part before we replace it.
4Oil and fluids
Oil changes from $79, coolant and brake fluid when they are due, and the rattle you cannot describe.
3Battery and electrical
Free battery test while you wait. A slow crank in January is usually this, and it is a ten-minute fix.
2Tires
Seasonal swaps on rims, mount and balance, pressures set, storage for the other set.

Hours and address
The plate by the door.
Open early, closed Sundays. A key drop slot by the bay door takes early drop-offs; the front desk opens at eight.
Drop off or wait
How long each job takes.
Most people drop the car and get on with their day. Flip the switch to see what changes when you would rather wait with a coffee.
How a repair goes
No surprises on the bill.
One front brake job, the way it actually runs: four steps, and the shop clock beside them. The log replays itself as it comes into view.

Questions
Before you drop the keys.
The four things people ask at the desk.
Do I need an appointment?
No. Walk-ins are looked at the same day before 4 pm; booked cars go first. For brakes or tires, a call the day before gets you a morning slot.
Can I wait while you work?
Yes for anything under about an hour: tire swaps, oil, diagnostics, a battery. Brake jobs with rotors are better dropped off. There is coffee and a desk with an outlet.
What if I say no to the repair?
Then you owe the diagnostic and nothing else, and we tell you honestly what can wait and what cannot. No hard feelings; it is your car.
Can I see the old parts?
Ask and they go in the trunk. We also text photos of the worn part next to the new one when we call with the quote.
Not urgent?
Ask for a quote.
Tell us the car and the problem. We call back the same business day with a price, or with the questions we need answered first. Faster: call the shop.
