Lawn
Weekly through the season, with a clean-up at either end. Same crew, same day; a rained-out cut moves to the next dry day.
Weekly mowing
Mow, trim, edge, blow. April to October. Clippings mulched back in, or bagged free.
Spring clean-up
Rake out the winter, edge the beds, pick up the debris. One visit, April to May.

May to October
Gardens and hardscape
The base is the whole job. Every patio and walk is dug, compacted and screeded before a paver goes down, and we relay anything that settles in the first two years.
Garden bed refresh
Edge, weed, plant and mulch one bed. Plants priced with the ones you choose.
Interlock patio
Dig, base, pavers, polymeric sand. Design visit included. Most backyards take three to five working days.
Walkway
A front walk in pavers or flagstone, porch to sidewalk, on a compacted base.
Armour stone step
One step, set level on a compacted base, so it stays where we put it.
Bigger builds: a deposit when you book the date, the rest when it’s done

Cleared from 5 cm, before 7 am on weekdays, all winter. Two-car driveway; bigger ones priced on the visit.
Add salt
Walk and steps salted every visit. Pet-safe product on request.

What happens to the clippings?
We mulch them back into the lawn by default, which feeds it. Bagging is free if you prefer it.
What if it rains on my cut day?
We move to the next dry day and text you. You are never charged for a missed cut.
How long does a patio take?
Most backyard patios take three to five working days, including the dig and the base.
What if a paver settles?
If a paver settles or heaves in the first two years, we lift and relay it at no charge.
How do I pay?
Card, debit or e-transfer. Weekly lawn care is billed monthly; bigger builds take a deposit when you book the date and the rest when it’s done.
