What does “all-in” include?
Everything but HST and the licence plate. Safety certificate, history report, detailing, the fresh oil change and our fee are all inside the price on the windshield. Ontario dealers must advertise this way, and we like it.
Can I take it to my own mechanic?
Yes. Book the test drive, tell us where, and take it. Most shops in Kitchener-Waterloo will look it over in an hour.
Do you hold a car?
A refundable deposit holds a car for three days while you arrange financing or a trade-in. If you walk away, the deposit comes back.
What if something goes wrong in the first month?
Every car is sold safety-certified, and we tell you about any extended warranty we can offer before you sign, not after. If a certified item fails in the first thirty days, call us first.
Can you find a car you do not have?
Tell us the make, the budget and the kilometres you will live with. We buy at auction weekly and will call when one comes through, with no obligation.
