The kit, two guitar amps, the bass rig, the PA and the stage piano are set up when you arrive. A tech runs the board and records a stereo board mix.
How booking works
The short version. The desk explains anything else on the phone.
Holding a room
- A 25% deposit holds the room; the rest is due on the day.
- Move or cancel with 48 hours' notice and the deposit carries over to your next date.
- Blocks are the better deal from four hours up; the front desk picks the cheaper structure for any number of hours.
- Hours past a block are charged at the hourly rate.
On the day
- Your time starts at the booked hour, not when you are set up. Load-in from the dock door takes about fifteen minutes.
- With an engineer, you leave with a labelled session and a stereo rough mix.
- Room only means you bring your own engineer; a tech still does the line check.
- Students and weekday mornings: ask the desk.
