What we do

Three things, done well.

Starting fees for the work we do most. Your exact fee comes in writing after a free call, before any work starts. HST extra.

Personal tax return

T4s, RRSPs, tuition, medical, the rental, the side gig. Filed on time, explained in a page, with the CRA letters handled if any come.

$120from · $180 with self-employment

Monthly bookkeeping

Your receipts and bank feeds, reconciled every month, HST filed when it is due, and a one-line note on how the month went.

$250from, a month

Business year-end

Financial statements and your T2 or T2125, plus a short call to walk through what the numbers mean before anything is filed.

A fictional practice. Fees are sample figures and nothing here is a count.

What happens next

Call, quote, file.

01 · Call

A free 20-minute call

You request a time with three short questions. We confirm within a business day, by email, with a calendar invite. Phone, video or in person.

02 · Quote

A fixed fee in writing

You leave the call with a number, or with a reason you do not need us. If the job grows later, we ask before we bill.

03 · File

Filed, then explained

The same accountant does the work, files it, and walks you through it in a call or a one-page note in words you would use yourself.

Questions

The fair ones.

Do I need to come in?

No. Most clients never do. Send documents through a secure upload link and meet by phone or video. The office is there if you prefer it: Suite 2, 40 Sample Street, second floor, above the pharmacy.

What do I bring to the free call?

Nothing but your questions. If it helps, have last year’s notice of assessment handy.

Can you fix years of messy books?

Yes. Catch-up bookkeeping is quoted as a separate fixed fee after we see what is there, and we tell you honestly if it is something you can do yourself.

When do I need to book for tax season?

By the end of March for personal returns. After that we may not be able to take new clients until June; the client list is kept short so every email gets a real answer.
