How it works
Most gyms sell you the hard part. We plan the whole week: two or three strength days, one conditioning day, and a slow day, so you come back next week instead of nursing a sore back.

50 min · 30 min at lunchGuided range-of-motion work for hips, shoulders and backs that sit all day, plus Rest & Restore on Wednesday night and Sunday: breathing, stretching, the lights down.
30 to 60 min · the rest halfEvery class is coached and capped. Pick a day, filter by type, and book any class by text or at the desk. Strength or mobility are good first choices.

Yes, we email a receipt with every payment. Some workplace wellness plans accept it.
Pick a time, show up ten minutes early, bring water. A coach texts you back to confirm, usually the same day. No sales pitch after class.
