Which class first?

Strength · 50 min

Barbells, dumbbells and kettlebells, coached rep by rep. You write down what you lift and add a little each week. Good for anyone, including people who have never touched a barbell. Effort: moderate to hard, your weights.

Conditioning · 50 min

Bikes, rowers, sleds and bodyweight in short intervals. Hard for twenty minutes, then done. Good for people who want their stairs and hockey games to feel easier. Effort: hard, scaled to you.

Mobility · 30 or 50 min

Slow, guided range-of-motion work for hips, shoulders and backs that sit all day. Good for everyone, and the best first class if you are nervous. Effort: easy.

Rest & Restore · 60 min

Breathing, long holds and the lights down. Wednesday night and Sunday morning. Good for the day after a hard week. Effort: none, on purpose.

Strength express and Desk reset · 30 min

Lunchtime versions of strength and mobility, built to fit a lunch break with time to change.

First class free.

Pick a time, show up ten minutes early, bring water. A coach texts you back to confirm, usually the same day. No sales pitch after class.
