Yes. One pet per groomer, start to finish, in a room with no cages. The only other animal they will meet is the one leaving as they arrive.
Proof of rabies vaccination for the first visit, and a note on anything we should know: a sore hip, a fear of dryers, a cut you liked last time. Breakfast is fine; a big one is not.
We look together before we start. Some mats brush out; some do not, and shaving is kinder than pulling. We never shave without asking, and it can add $10 to $20 for the time.
Tuesday and Wednesday mornings, when the room is quietest. A bath and tidy for a cat starts at $60, and nail trims are walk-in like the dogs'.
At pick-up, by card or cash. Nothing is charged when you book. If you need to cancel, a text the day before is all we ask.
