Small dogs are under 10 kg, medium 10 to 25 kg, large over 25 kg. If you are not sure, we weigh them at drop-off and tell you before we start.

Yes. One pet per groomer, start to finish, in a room with no cages. The only other animal they will meet is the one leaving as they arrive.
Proof of rabies vaccination for the first visit, and a note on anything we should know: a sore hip, a fear of dryers, a cut you liked last time. Breakfast is fine; a big one is not.
We look together before we start. Some mats brush out; some do not, and shaving is kinder than pulling. We never shave without asking, and it can add $10 to $20 for the time.
