We’re a small plumbing and heating company working out of a shop on Sample Street in Cambridge. Gas work is done by licensed gas technicians; plumbing by licensed plumbers. The person who answers the phone can tell you what a job costs.

Nothing upsold
If your water heater has years left, we tell you.
We would rather come back when you need us than sell you a tank you don’t.
Clean, and on the record
Boots off the carpet, photos with the invoice.
Boot covers, drop sheets, old parts taken away. Before-and-after photos emailed with the invoice, so a landlord or an insurer can see what was done.

After hours
The emergency line rings a technician on call, not an answering service. After-hours visits add $95 to the service call, and we tell you that before we drive out.
