Questions
While you wait
For a leak, close the main water valve, usually next to the water meter in the basement. For no heat, check the furnace switch and the breaker, and change the filter if it’s grey. The red key on the home page walks you through each one.
Coming out
It covers the diagnosis and the first 30 minutes of work. If you say no to the price we give you, that’s all you pay. Rental properties: we deal with your tenant and send the invoice and photos to you.
Paying
Bigger installs: a deposit when you book the date, the rest when it’s done. Photos of the work come with every invoice.
